My Story

I started my Karate training back in 1981 and I never looked back. I've studied such styles as Shito Ryu, Yiquan, Kwong sai jook lum, Tai Chi practical method, but in the end Shorin Ryu is my passion. Everything comes back to Shorin Ryu for me. Although I don't teach these other styles, their principles can be found in my teachings. In Shorin Ryu i am currently under Masanobu Kikukawa Hanshi. The Shinokai organization is very unique. No ego, no politics, just good Karate and sharing of knowledge. I have 44 years of martial arts experience and 42 years of experience on Shorin Ryu.
